Progress
1. Cut the plywood to circle in shape with radius = 34cm
2. Then make a hole at the center of the base with size = 15mm. Smooth the base surface with sandpaper before spray.
3.After that combined BBB Cap (20mm) with BBB Pipe (20mm)(length=3cm). Then screw the cap to the surface of the base with screw and nut (8mm)
4. The next step is, cut the lumber according to the diameter of the base, then nailed the lumber together to the bottom surface. After that, screw the roller wheel at every corner of the junction. This is because to make sure the base is strong enough.
5.Then screw the bicycle wheel at the bottom surface too as an extra support.
6.Next, place the gear base in the center at the bottom side and screw it tightly with self-threading screw.
7.After that, screw the gear (32 tooth) with the gear base tightly.
8. Assembling Base 1 settle.
