Progress

1. Screw the lumber (4.7 × 0.5 inch)(length – 28 inch) together to form a square box. Then screw the lumber (2.5 × 0.5 inch)(length – 26 inch) in the middle of the box to make sure we have a strong frame when we nailed the plywood (28 × 28 inch).

2. Next, make a hole with 10mm and 15 mm drill bit. Then another hole with 30 mm diameter to screw the ball bearing base.

3. Drill the hole until it reached the top of the plywood.

4. Screw the lower hole on the top surface with the ball bearing base for motor gear.

5. Combined the bottom surface with ball bearing base too by using the 10 mm screw.

6. Put the washer first before we screw the nut. Tight the screw and nut with combinational wrench (10 mm).

7. Screw the upper hole on the top surface with the ball bearing base to combined the Solar Stand Base 1.

8. Combined the bottom surface with ball bearing base too by using the 10 mm screw.

9. Setting the position of the nut and screw it tightly, then put the ball bearing through the shaft (15mm)(length – 6 inch).

10. Then put the shaft through the upper hole from the bottom surface.

11. Place the ball bearing from the top surface then screw the 15 mm nut with hand - tight.

12. Setting the nut below the gear and tight it with the 15 mm nut.

13. Place the ball bearing through the shaft (15mm)(length – 3 inch), then put it through the lower ball bearing base.

14. Then place the ball bearing inside the ball bearing base at the bottom part and screw the 15 mm nut with hand - tight.

15. Screw the door hinge at the lumber (4.7 × 0.5 inch)(length – 28 inch) and then screw it at the middle of the box.

16. Assembling Base 2 complete.
